thredUP is thrilled to add Torrid, the #1 brand in the $85B U.S. women’s plus-size apparel and intimates market, to our ever-expanding portfolio of Resale-as-a-Service (RaaS) clients. 

Torrid is thredUP’s first plus-size brand to leverage our RaaS platform, significantly expanding consumers’ access to high quality secondhand garments. With less than 20% of eco-conscious brands catering to above-average sizes, size-inclusivity has been historically left out of the sustainable fashion space. Until now. The future of plus-size fashion is not only good for consumer’s wallets, it’s great for the planet.

Torrid customers in the U.S. can now fill any shippable box with apparel, shoes, and accessories from any brand, and ship it to thredUP for free in exchange for shopping credit to spend at Torrid for items that are resold. Torrid also offers a bonus payout, increasing the value sellers get for their items.
